- We will ensure that all our dealings with others are ethical and
fair.
- All information supplied by, or about, those companies, or individuals,
using our internet site will not be passed or sold to any third party.
- We will only allow advertising (in any form) from companies that
we consider to be reputable and have a relevant offer to those companies and
people that use our internet site.
- CapacityTrader.com is a business to business (B2B) site and not
for use by individual members of the public.
- We accept no responsibility, what so ever, for transactions in
any form, between buyers and sellers introduced (or otherwise) through our
site.
- Any company found to be using the site in a fraudulent way will
be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Our policy towards companies offering products or services through
our site – ‘sellers’.
- We will only permit companies manufacturing in the UK to
offer their products or services through the site.
- No agents or agencies.
- By registering, you are agreeing to this policy and the terms
and conditions of CapacityTrader.com for use of the site. Should a company,
or
individual, go outside of these, then they will be removed from the site and
their fee, in full, will be used to cover the administration cost of doing
so.
- Companies will only be able to display in three key process and
3 key industry sectors areas per registration fee.
- Companies will be able to change their information, by using their
password, as often as they wish.
- It is the responsibility of the individual company to ensure that
the information held regarding themselves is correct at all times. CapacityTrader.com
accept no responsibility, what so ever, for the content on individual companies.
Our policy towards companies searching for products or services through
our site – ‘buyers’.
- It is the responsibility of the ‘buyer’ to ensure that
all information regarding the product or service required is correct and is
offered in compliance with any contract that is in place between the ‘buyer’ and
any third party.
- A ‘Request For Quotation’ – RFQ - will be on offer
for no more than 21 (twenty one) days, ‘buyers’ may seek a 7 (seven)
day extension through request to site management, after that time the RFQ will
be removed.
- Any information held, drawing etc, regarding an RFQ that moves
to become an order, will be removed from the site 7 (seven) day after notice
of
the order being placed.
